These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TronWatch concerning your access to and use of the TronWatch Wallet application and related services.

TronWatch Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to store, manage, send, and receive digital assets on the TRON blockchain. The Service includes:

  • Portfolio tracking and analytics
  • Security features and tools

Account and Security

Account Creation

When creating a wallet, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and recovery phrase. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Security Measures

You agree to:

  • Keep your recovery phrase and private keys secure and confidential
  • Use strong passwords and enable available security features
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties
  • Take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access

Loss of Access

We cannot recover lost passwords, recovery phrases, or private keys. You acknowledge that loss of these credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities or violate applicable laws
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or engage in hacking activities
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Violate any applicable sanctions or export control laws

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TronWatch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, applications, or websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Fees and Payments

While the TronWatch Wallet application is free to use, you may be subject to network fees imposed by the TRON blockchain for transactions. These fees are not controlled by us and may vary based on network conditions.

Service Availability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
